Monday Night Dinner

We got back from a weekend in St. Louis late last night. While there, we stopped by Trader Joe's. I now have a new favorite thanks to the suggestion of my cousin, Nancy.

We stocked up on refrigerated pizza dough and sauce. As I dragged my tired self through a snowy Monday, thoughts of warm fresh baked pizza for dinner drifted through my mind.

Really. Truly. This dough and sauce are fantastic. Thank you Trader Joe's.
